Our Team
Oswaldo Vizcarrondo has over 14 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. During his career he has been involved in the development and sales of thousands of units and billions of dollars in real estate throughout South Florida. He has also been involved projects of forclosures and REO's from 2007 to 2009. In addition, from 2009 to 2011 Oswaldo Vizcarrondo participated in condo conversion processes in Orlando and Miami with more than 200 units sold. With alot of experience in pre-construction sales, involved in names such as 5252 Paseo, 5300 Paseo, 5350 Park Central, University Bridge, Ocean Fort Lauderdale, Paramount, Legacy, District 225. Oswaldo focuses on acquiring new projects, sales associates as well as developing the marketing strategies for development projects both internationally and nationally.
